We do not accept returns on any item after 30 days. To return an item within the 30 day period, please fill out the form below, or reach out to us via call or text at (916) 600-2491. All items must be returned unused and in the same condition they were sent in and shipping costs are not refunded . Once we receive the return and inspect it, we will then issue the refund by whatever payment method you initially used.

We do not accept partial returns, if you order a set and wish to exchange part of it, we will charge you the difference, but you cannot return part of a set. You must return the whole set and reorder what you wish to keep.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES shipped back to us within the 30 day window will be refunded the cost of only the qualifying returned items. If an Unclaimed package is returned back to us AFTER the 30 day window, no refund will be made for shipping or products as we do not accept returns after that time period. If you realize you no longer wish to receive your package, DO NOT SIMPLY REFUSE DELIVERY. YOU MUST NOTIFY us, not simply leave it to be shipped back. Unclaimed packages are not a free return, we are charged postage due when they arrive. The cost is much more than what we could arrange. This cost will be removed from your return, and I have seen the cost of the return shipping easily exceed the cost of the entire order.
